Leed studios is a different kind of furniture company.

We are not a traditional furniture shop that makes elaborate work that you are almost afraid to touch; nor are we a cutting edge design company with out of this world work (that you might still be afraid to touch). Instead, we seek a middle ground. Our work is unassuming, cleanly designed from honest material and loves to be used.

Of course, it would be a lie to say we are not influenced by both spectrums just described. Leed studios uses traditional techniques in both wood and metal working, and each piece is well conceived – it just may not scream in your face to stare.

All of our work is handmade from our studio in Durham NC using a variety of sustainable and salvaged material. We are a member of Liberty Arts, a non profit artist group in the bull city, dedicated to transform the Triangle region on NC through art.

Over the next few days I am going to be uploading a number of photos from past work, so please bear with me.
